bought a hard to get hold of liverpool shirt from ebay on thursday night. it was supposed to be 1st class recorded and the seller just put on ordinary 1st class.
postie delivered the fekin thing this morning and theres a tear on the shirt. envelope is bigger than the letter box and it was rammed through. so that explains why there is a 40mm tear on the packet front, penatrating through. fekin unbelievable.

if the seller put on recorded, he could get compensation so i can get my money back, and then i may get another from somebody else in the future if im lucky.

now im going to have to go through all the krap, getting in touch and sorting it out. no wonder im stressed out

Same thing happened to me and i waited a few weeks and sent them an email telling them i was a postman and as i had paid for recorded could i have the number as i had not got the item so i could pass it it on to ib and the delivery office manager so we could track it back to the post office concerned and look at all who handled the packet after and yes i no you cant do that but they didnot. and i had a full refund in 24 hours.

i've always been told by rm that's it's the sender who has the contract with courier. always has been and always will be.
remember that post...christmas food parcel sent from austria which must have tumbled down a mountain before arriving here?

wonder if they'll pay out for the receipt i sent them last week about the other ebay thing when the seller said she hadn't received the package?

nah, i'll leave it to the sender to sort it out. seriously big time, i'm too stressed out with all the other things going on.
