got £296-46 colleague payment ,paid £60-80 extra tax (on last weeks pay ) and extra £33-36 ni- so £296-46 minus £94-16 =£200-30 better off so £300 lump sum becomes £200 lump sum YIPEE (should be grateful ive got a job)

£296 must be retrospective payment i assume?

so those picking up £400 will probably get £300 in their pocket, that's ok, but i'd have preferred a payrise of £10/week which is pensionable, than a lump sum which isn't (?)

30 hour contract, but if i lost a third, you lose a third on £400 -around £270 to drag.
