It's much easier to read if you don't use text speak. In answer to your question - Yes, DOs are closed tomorrow although there are usually some staff in but no deliveries.

i cannot believe people still ask if we're working on a bank holiday..........................i remember Good Friday working, but not a Monday !!

It's usually down to a lack of communication from the management, not telling the new starts that they do get BHs.

PS. It could also be a customer asking if their local DO is open to collect a packet.
