Just noticed that my mileage for xmas ( 10 days at 16 miles per day ) was not paid . I am also owed 240 miles for a part of the time i was out my office for 2 months .
Question is ....... As the manager hasnt done it can i inform him so he can do it now or is it too late ???

Re: How Far Back Can I Claim Mileage ???
OK I apologise . just realised some might not understand
If you are moved to another office for any duration then you are allowed to claim the mileage from your office to the other office if you use your car or they will pay for your taxi .
I travelled 10 miles per day extra for 2 months . This is paid at 40p per mile so i should have been paid £160 but I only got paid for 1 month .
Hope this clears it up

As far as I know. There's NO time limit for under/over payments. So you should get it. But be prepared for a lot of hassle. My wages have been wrong a few times over the years. And in my experience: It can take weeks, or even months, to sort out. But don't let that put you off. You're entitled to that money, so don't let the Red Tape stop you getting it.

I never got my mileage from my induction in 2007! Might chase that up

Re: How Far Back Can I Claim Mileage ???
Well I asked for my mileage this week and was told to come back tomorrow and they would look at it .
This afternoon I went into the office to get keys etc to start the collection backshift and a good guy who is a manager sort of was in the office . I told him and he said ok lets do it now . I will now be getting £192 next week ! ! !

Great! It's nice to see that not everyone gets delayed by red tape, with these things.
