WHAT PRICE FOR A BONUS?

A bouns is something offered as "a payment or benefit in addition to what is expected" (Oxford English Dictionary) so as we and all expected and some saved and some did not but it does not matter to whether you did receive or not this "Bonus" most more than others :cfo have earned it yet not been payed it!. How can a "Bonus" be as such as when it comes from the very wage's and benefits of those who do the work and yet is swallowed up by the least deserving :cfo!. More over that the benefit is due to the detriment of full time job's and therefore the work force as a whole IE (doing your fellow workers out of a job) and possibly yourselves!. One can only speculate where this will all lead to in the end but is it value for money to the average postie £18,136 a year basic outside London or 2087 hours as royalmail sees it so when your DOM says we need to save 10,500 hours he means five job's too go which you will all cover in time!. And i am truly of the the opinion that it is worth the price of what i recived for my "Bonus" BUGGER ALL!. :cfo & :lfo
