At my place next week we are already 5 people down not including those on the sick, so what are RM going to do? They are going to send 5 staff to another office for 2 months, so thats a minimum of 10 staff down for the week

That makes no sense at all Some of our reserves get sent around the area if we have too many spare but never if we are short. Crazy.

They're not even being sent to somewhere in our area, they are being sent to a totally different P/code, still in the same county.......just!

Just wondering if you get sent to another office would you be able to claim for a second home?

Remember that you work from the office that you are normally employed at!. It is up to royalmail to get you their and back within your time!. Don't use car's it's a mug's game and will only help royalmail.
