During the past year my walk has grown from 400 to 535 calls,have been promised that my walk would be tested by numerous managers,been threatened to be moved to another walk,shift changed and abused by other workers as they have had to go out and do my cut off.Currently our present manager ( we"ve had a few by the way !,most shipped out with stress )is doing my cut off !.Don"t get any help from my office rep,area rep agreed with area manager to test it months ago !.As I was bought up in a bigger office was always backed up by hard core but now I"m in a small office where everyones running scared,new staff coming in and will run round a delivery just to get a permanent walk it pisses me off slightly.Anyone out there had similar issues and any advise ?
