There is a couple of threads in this forum (blue shirts) with info in.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Hi Guys Ive been having a look at these bonuses and from what I can gather (I MAY BE WRONG) there will b a 50/50 bonus payable in the next couple of weeks, how much depends on how your DO has done with targets etc and if youre FT/PT,

Guess PT will be paid out pro rata. Also not sure if you need to have been employed for over a year before you are entitled to 50/50.On the up sideI have only been with RM 8 months (PT) and got xmas bonus plus I got a very small SA bonus this week.So looks like all are entitled to bonus IF your DO have scored lots of brownie points

Now the 400 quid everyone is talking about refers to colleagues shares (MAY BE WRONG AGAIN) found this link (copy and paste) Reading this seems to indicate that everyone is entitled to 400 quid IF they have shares in RM (I dont) They were issued before I joined so I will not receive a bonus of 400. More are being issued to new staff so this time next year I should receive my bonus.(if Im still here  )

As Ive said I MAY BE TOTALLY OFF THE MARK but after chatting to my DOM this morning and reading the link below it does sound about right. No doubt i will be corrected if wrong
