SA blow outs

The SA day at my office is Saturday. We got told today in wtl that if we blow out it out or even pull a sickie (regardless of if its genuine) then our SA day will be changed to one during the week!
Surely this isn't fair?
It used to be if you blew out 3 SA's then your day would get changed....i mentioned this and was told "thats not how it is now"
Shouldn't we have been told of this change whenever it happened??
Thoughts and opinions please :wink:
Just say NO ....to the new agreement.

What so it'l be a 6 day working week? Thats not what we've been told and if we are then it'l all kick off :shock:
Just say NO ....to the new agreement.

No ,5 days but SA will be absorbed in new probably PT duty or Shuffled FT later duty :delivery, no prep, and say collection

Done the same in our office but it was only if you didn't phone in, One bloke didn't phone in and they gave him a letter stating that they were changing his S.A to a Tuesday.He showed it to the union rep he told him to ignore it. 4 weeks later he done it again and the same happened but they agreed to swap it for a 3 month period.
