New employees entitled to any bonuses

What are the terms regarding bonuses for new employees I am just wondering been with royal mail for 10 months now. Plus I work 6 hours aday am i entitled to a rest break of anysort.

Not sure about bonuses but yes you are entitled to a break BY LAW - the current RM agreement is

You have to have been employed by RM for a year before you are entitled to bonuses or sick pay.

It's a sop to all the flakes and rushers to make them think that RM are not royally shafting them along with their colleagues with spines and stones ( that would be us! )

ive been in the job p/t for more than 5 months but under the 6 months trial period thus far.
am i entitled to any bonus?

Probably not. As you rarely get bonus in first year apart from Christmas.
