Re: Schedule attendance lump sum
All the SA's in my office finish next Monday, so I guess 15th May will be our final lump sum.

Re: Schedule attendance lump sum
Most of the SA in my office has been replaced with standard hours on a duty, still I don't care because I don't do any OT.k66yla wrote:All the SA's in my office finish next Monday, so I guess 15th May will be our final lump sum.

AFAIK the rep is'nt doing anything, I can recall him mumbling something a while back about it will save jobs, bit strange as 30+ of us may have to transfer to other offices

Re: Schedule attendance lump sum
It's contractual overtime - you agree (contract) to do a specified period or periodsPostiebear wrote:New in the job, what is schedule attendance?
of overtime, usually every week, for which you get paid a slightly higher rate than
normal overtime. But you don't get a paid break during SA.
The advantage for you is that it is guaranteed (until they give you 4 weeks notice
to cease it), and the advantage for RM is that they know it will be covered.

Re: Schedule attendance lump sum
Depends whether any of that work is SA. On your payslips it will say "Weekday Scheduled Attendance" instead of "Weekday overtime First/Over 10 hours". If the work you have been doing is just normal overtime then you won't get an SA lump sum.echo wrote:so would i be entitiled to the SA payment then guys ?????
