100% with you :Applause If you have read any of my other posts you'll know you are not alone. I get summoned to the office on a daily basis almost. All because I do the job right.

same at ours, loads not listening to our union rep, he preaches to all town walks not to use their cars what do some do, yea load everything in their car and off they go, then to rub our noses the wrong way they come back to the office after finishing the round 2 hours earlier just to show the dom how quick they are, :cfo :cfo :cfo :left: :left:,

Simple solution, not popular but simple. Next time you feel you are being pressurised or harrassed point out to your lino or DOM that you would like a grievance form or an harrassment form because you are continualy being singled out when the runner(s) in the office is/are never approached.
You don't have a problem with working your hours as you currently do, although you do feel that the continual attention you recieve is not warrented given the amount of hours the runner(s) is/are being paid for and not working. i mean you have pointed this out on a number of occasions and not once have they been approached.
Confused... You won't be, after the next episode of. SOAP

I used to use my car because it was easier to me, personally, to do so.

I don't run round though, my little legs wouldn't be able to carry me!

I think most of us here can be guilty in some respect of not doing the job properly, especially as it used to be in our interest to knock the work out pdq - but the past is the past, and what matters now is it is in our interest to do the job properly.

The ones that get me are those that come in forty five minutes early, then can't seem to see that it effects the people who do their duty the next week.

Quite right and some come in hours early WHY job and Finnish has gone all they are doing is depriving themselves of a life and a part time worker a full time job if they want the extra hours!.

I always come in as early as I can make it.....it's so much more fun having a fag and a brew as the manager is glancing at his watch & then at me :Very Happy

Hey, it's of their own making - the office tends to open at around 5-ish am, and FT start at 5:30.....if they had me on a FT contract, I wouldn't have a lot of time to enjoy a fag and a brew - otherwise, I'll keep on strolling in at 5:45 & making a bee line to the tea room! :whistle

We've got one who can quite often knock up to two hours off a rural duty. He was asked into the office yesterday to explain why the tracker in the van had recorded 56 instances of speeding/harsh braking in one shift.

:chuckle :chuckle :chuckle :chuckle Serves them right, does the telemetry also record not putting on seatbelts and leaving the van running whenever you get out :hmmmm
