When we got the lecture (oops, brief) about the pay freeze, the wording of the bit related to the Colleague Share dividend implied that everyone will get £400. It seems they have dispensed with the 'local targets' criteria and just expect us to be cock-a-hoop that we're getting £400 instead of a pay rise

Who cares, if they can afford a bonus they can afford a payrise (or in my case a reduction in the working week ).

That's right I'll be donating to the Adam Crozier hardship fund.
I wonder what bonus he's getting on the backs of our hard work.
BTW my office has NEVER received a bonus based on office savings.
A big incentive there then??
Lets just get a decent pay rise every year instead of unacheivable bonuses.
As a colleague recently posted, 'some people in this job just can't see past the
end of their own hooters'.
Of course with the mail volumes going down, you won't be getting a bonus soon.
