hi can anyone help me. i was off work due to an accident on duty and went back beginning of march. i was off for five weeks and i went for private physio treatment in order to help speed my recovery. i was never told that i could get it thru royal mail. the treatment cost me a fair few quid and my manager told me to submit the receipts which i did (9weeks ago) he said he submitted them to higher up the management chain and despite asking whats going on ive now heard any development. my rep suggested i phoned myself and enquired of any progress but i dont know who i should contact..... is it human resources or the pay section???????????????
anyone any clues..........

Re: Re-Imbursement of treatment fees
How long have you been able to do that?!!??
I wish I had known a few years ago, when I had my AOD! I wouldn't have had to wait months for any treatment!

Re: Re-Imbursement of treatment fees
dont actually know if i will get re-imbursed. the week after i got my injury i phoned the manager to inform him i was going to get private physio and he didnt mention that i could have got physio thru the royal mail. when i had to get more treatment he asked me to put in a copy of the receipts which i did but that was nine weeks ago. probably be a dead end but nothing ventured nothing gained. as i look at it i got back to work quicker thru getting the physio as it would have been weeks if not months before i could have got it on the national health. the RM seem to want you back to work but are not too straightforward in sending you for treatment.
