Got off with stage 1
Been told today I'm not being issued with a Stage 1 I was threatened with as long ago as February. Management finally took my case on board and decided one of the days they said I was on sick leave should have been a lieu day so my overall sickness for the year was 13 days and not 14. Surprised they took my case on board and agreed but there you go! I just thought they would just slap me with it and I did it with no union help. It took 2 and a half months to sort out!!!
