Streaming is when you remove post from your frame (usually mailsort but now days it can be 2nd and DSA) to enable you to complete the duty in your time.

I personally put everything in the frame and let the managers sort out what they want to do, that's what the get the big bucks for, I'm just a barely trained monkey

thanks for that ,we dont do that they make us throw all the mail off into the frames ,bundle it up ,bag it take it out and bring the cut offs back to put back in the frame the next day even if it is bloody obvious that we cant complete the delivery that day ,i assume they want to show a clear office ,and there is the bonus for them that they can say we are not trying hard enough
it varies from office to office TBH

No not thick!!!!!! it's nowt to do with deliveries as it is a MC function where they are supposed to split the mail into 1st class/2nd class/mailsort and dsa???? In this area anything goes as the Dims don't know how to separate the mail, hence 2nd class gets a 1st class service!!!!!! HTH :hmmmm

no, streaming in a DO is where you are cutting the amount of mail you take to complete the delivery
rather than taking all and cutting off
