Could one of our colleagues have 6 years seniority and still only be 21?,and is there a way to check a persons Seniority

If he started at 16 as a cadet, then he could be in his 6th year. though I didn't think cadets were still going 6 years ago.

Our seniority list has disappeared off the wall, ever since it was rumoured that the 34 least senior would be moved to other offices. I went to check as I think I'm one of the 34 (number 33 knowing my luck!). I thought RM did'nt recognise seniority anymore :hmmmm
