Managers drugs & alcohol misuse guidelines/ policy

To all you reps who did your training before the new policy came out........

Do you have your paperwork on the above from your first CWU rep's course? There is a part in it that states that in the event of suspected alcohol/ substance abuse that spouses should not be contacted unless.......& I can't remember the rest. I could really do with a copy, or at least the text & year of issue.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately it's not the one. I'll get in touch with the CWU tomorrow & see if I can track a copy down.

If it's been superseeded, why do you need it?
I'm not criticising, I'm just confused. Is it because the new one's only just come out, and your trying to fight against it?
