I can't change the light bulb until i ask the DOM who asks the area manager who asks the sector manager who asks the regional manager who asks someone else who asks Adam. If Adam says no management is right and you are wrong and you will be conducted for questioning light bulbs in the office.

There is nothing wrong with the light bulb it does not need changing (manager), even though all the posties in the delivery office as complained that the light bulb as blown on numerous occasions
