Help regarding redirection

Post by St.Dave »

Cannot believe I've had to ask on here for this info but here goes...

I'm moving house this week so asked my line managr what I need to do for a redirection, 2 days later was told 'I've no idea' :arrrghhh
I then asked another manager who again didnt know but a mate a work said there is a number in the back of the courier which i should phone.
Tried that and spent ages before I was toldI could apply online...filled the online form in thi morning and they asked for payment, Is this service free of charge?
Anyway..can somebody on here tell me excatly what I need to do as I move at the weekend and want it sorting out.

I don't know all the ins and outs but what I do know is you don't pay for it for the first 2 years

When i moved 3 years ago i gave the office manager my new address and he contacted (i presume redirection services) with my details and my pay number and i got 2 years free. I know it has to be done through your manager so that he can verify that you work for RM.

It's my day off tomorrow but i'll find out on thursday for you and if nobody else has helped you i'll post the details up for you.

The phone number is for customers, I waited 15 mins and didnt get to speak to a 'real' person.

Your manager has to do it on the RM intranet as it needs there authoristation and they check your id etc as i've just started one ad yes free for two years.
