hi ,
anyone out there got any news about customer services bonus for performance and targets met and what about the share linked payout which we got inlast mays 2008 wages , will we even be considered. my office is suffering managerial cuts and reapplication for smaller amount of posts, me still ploughing on with taking calls very little encouragement , non existent training and a distinct flavour of favouritism for those poor disabled malfunctioning people who are allergic to taking calls or even applying a headset. the sheer mention of' can you take some customer calls and every disease allergy rash infliction deaf in 1 ear etc etc is an excuse to recieve attention and better treatment , i know they can deal with telephones as they are all on their mobiles in the loos and even at their desks, oh and of course they have time to play on facebook during work as well.. :
How about this we get a supplement paid for hours of call work at the end of each month or vouchers or a little presi perhaps just to keep us going
any way to all the call centre peops who actually do the job well done to you we know we are better then any one else and keep smiling guys

yeah the managerial cuts are quite amusing to watch as suddenly they are all pretending to work and having secret meetings and generally panic pants are being worn, i think we have too may managers any way ,, and they mostly nit pick and critisise when most of them cant actually do the customer service job anyway that said there are some good peops in there who we all hope will be okay

im sure 200 is to be paid out for business group profit this month, a guy from work phoned sheffield and was told this, i heard it was coming around 22nd of may
