had a day of sick over 6 months ago am now sick again, will i be on a stage 1?

no you need 14 days off or 4 absents in 1 year I think to trigger stage 1.

Always best to keep your own records of when and how long you have had sick leave. Then just cross out any absences that were more than 12 months ago.

7 days or 2 for a triallist though
