medical retirement ?
How easy ( probably wrong word ) is it to get pensioned off ?

if it is what the Managers want,and you agree with it, ATOS will put the boot in! The only thing in your favour is the rate
they are getting rid of folks via E.V.R etc---I.H.R is cheaper, so if you have a GENUINE illness, or disability, you might be in with a shout.But do nor expect an easy or quick solution. Good Luck.

If you are over 60 it's very easy as you are classed as a pensioner and they toss you out with 12 weeks money. From my experience they tend to try every trick in the book to pay people off regardless of age as it's cheaper than paying the pension.

Hi Stokes, going on the figures for EVR and IHR i stood to come out with more the IHR way.

making lots of referals to ATOS. It is just ATOS putting the boot in, and they are now at odds with what Both Management
and posties who want and are entitled to a pay off. They get a bonus!!!
