Are we due to get this now end of tax year has arrived?
Or will royal mail keep it in their coffers for a while to earn them interest?

you should also receive a group dividend from the colleague shares (potential £200)
and then the first week in June a further payment again potentially £200 from colleague shares,

To quote the ColleagueShares brochure:

"To launch the plan with a bang, for the first year the Stakeholder Dividend payment has been set at £800. More details will follow.The payment targeted for the first year will be larger than those for years two and three"

As I recall, the 'details' released after the brochure was sent out were that the £800 was to consist of £400 from overall group profits, and a further £400 that depended on local targets being met.

There is / was no mention of exactly how much this year's (or next year's) Dividend would be, or whether it would depend on local targets again, or be paid solely on whether the overall group profit targets were achieved. Where are you getting these £200 + £200 figures from, robd ???

Oops. Well, at least we'll get some dosh this year. Can't see the pay negotiations producing much this time around
