Wouldn't catch me in for any of my notice, might be better to go long term sick and hope they'll give you IHR (just make sure all your appointments are early in the morning :wink: ).

3 weeks...is that all lol? by the way RM only send out a Standard Reference so they wont give a toss if you dont turn up, seriously. And; YOU have to authorise the reference to be released to the new employer AND you get to see it before you decide to release it! :d'oh!

No I really enjoyed it and would have stayed but lure of much better money pulled me away.

What job did you do before and next job. There will be better and worse jobs and employers than Royal Mail. Don't worry too much about it.
