Which service is used for deliveries?
We use Royal Mail to send our items
Depending on the value of the goods delivered we may also send them recorded or special delivery.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
This is new,got an email from them this week.
