There does seem to be a pro privatization big business cartel with a neo - liberal agenda that want a race to the bottom . At one time the Socialist Group got us things like the Social Chapter but the EU as a whole has swung to the right .
There's a group on Facebook as well along with a very good anti BNP one and Griffin though the BNP is anti - europe , is very keen to get in on the Euro Gravy Train . £1 million with all the expenses claimed can be made in 5 years by the MEP's .

Probably the same salute I get from young black and white kids on the estate I work on - its more of a greeting than anything else. Like "more power to your elbow" or "right on" - street cred and all that
