forced change to duty help please

my shift manager has changed my duty forcefully(not hours just content) at the end of my old duty i had 12mins time bonus (i belive this time bonus was an old bonus scheme not all offices have it but ours still has, we go home 12mins early))my manager has taken 7mins time bonus off my leaving me with 5mins saying its duty content so he can do this and quoting discrimination because others dont have it(every vacant duty loses time bonus before been advertised)ive put a grievance in yesturday but am p***ed off ,i know its only 7mins but its the principle any advice would be greatfully received thanks

Does your local rep know about this? My guess is that they dont,and your manager should have held a meeting with the rep and went through the process of changing your 318 with them.Get on to your rep a.s.a.p.

Not the answer you wanted mate but I think you will struggle to argue that you should finish before your time.
Any previous scheme will have been superseded by the Pay and Modernisation deal which states 'All paid hours will be utilised' ie job and finish is ending.
In our office we have literally had cases of guys coming back before their finish time and being ordered to do packets up to their time.
Havent heard of such a time bonus scheme up here (G postcode) mind you, so dont know the ins and outs of it.
