bad day!!
what a bloody horrible day!! being at work at the end of the month on pension day is nothing short of torture. two people phone in sick, no cover. get verbally abused by tax disc customers and a granny,cause its my fault they all arrive at the same time apparenently!!. manager stood behind us "offering support with our sales conversation". screaming babies and a druggie asleep in the corner. lovely

why did the two people call in sick?? because they knew it was going to be a tough day...
we have a couple in my office why do that.....they know the system and play it very well! Of course all sick is genuine...thats what my manager tells me!!
