Sounds good gets all the travel and meal reliefs recognised in work hours. Run it by your divisional rep or area rep so they can speak to headquarters. Maybe turn it into a trial :mfo

CWU policy at the moment is that no discussion on any savings (until there is a national agreement) so agree to nothing and go through the IR framework and then let them bring it in by EA.

They want 5/6 FT duties out of our office but we aren't agreeing to anything, let them bring it in and watch it fail, just do the job properly.

You will spend more time on the bus than delivering don't use cars and have your meal break when you come back also inform manager if you cannot complete and head out like old time's when i started good luck.

We agreed to savings(getting shot of nights) on the strength of new FSM's and consequent increase in walksorted flats :chuckle
3 years on ,no increase in walksorted flats, average 40 mins extra inward sorting per day and a whopping 68p added to the pay slip per week :hmmmm Let's all work together in a spirit of trust and cooperation for the good of all :left: :left: :left: :left:

talk to your DOM all he wants but don't agree anything sit tight and wait for a national agreement, anything less just weakens the CWU
