I dont think it does, was Crozier not getting his knickers in a twist the other day over TNT nicking customers in Poland etc telling them that soon they will own GLS Parcel force ?

The whole royalmail group including parcelforce and GLS is included only the postoffice will be under 100% government control a sop to the week kneed of the backbench brownites.
