Please Help with dates and changes

I am in the middle of a project I am doing at collage and need to find out what changes have taken place that have had an impact on the way we work at Royal Mail. I only want to go back as far as 1999 and need the implementation dates for:

The Wayforward Agreement.
SDD
Pay and Modernisation

If there have been others that I have missed please add them to the list. Thanks for any help given.

Post Office Corporation replaces the GPO ( General Post Office ) on 1st October 1969.

The Way Forward had implementation of local PBS, implementation of workplan changes,
Shorter Working Week and Meal Break changes by 31 March 2000.
The changes to Scheduled Attendance and Overtime rates were introduced on 29 May 2000,
and the pay rate increase for Part Time staff on3 July 2000.
