Delivery Spec for Businesses and Large Users
I am not entirely sure but, under SDD I think there was a business/large users delivery spec. Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding deliveries to businesses and large users. The DUM in my office is looking at making later deliveries to these customers despite the impact on Q&S and the more ammunition we have to use against the stupid Idea the better.

Most business should receive their mail by 11.00 am and the rest of home's should be delivered to by 2.00pm.Fluke wrote:I am not entirely sure but, under SDD I think there was a business/large users delivery spec. Is there an agreement or document that shows the delivery spec to businesses?k979aaa wrote:Most business should receive their mail by 11.00 am and the rest of home's should be delivered to by 2.00pm.Fluke wrote:I am not entirely sure but, under SDD I think there was a business/large users delivery spec. Sounds crazy but business customers are no different to residential customers according to RM.
One of our guys said a few were complaining about the times, and when given a number to phone were told as long as you receive a delivery before 2.00pm that was alright.
Could they make the service any feckin worse!!!!!
