starting point?

im pt 5 hrs per day over 4 days

start 9am.
i go in on time and am out of the door at around 10:15/10:30 after bagging up/re-directions/nockdowns/packets etc.
i dont have a break while im at the DO.

a walk is supposebly 3.5hrs so if i sign out at 10:15 does this mean that this is my start time?
i usually reach my starting point at around 10:30.

if my first letter is posted at 10:30 so my delivery would be 14:00 give or take.
i book 30mins break and 10mins for poach-off as OT is this the right way?

As far as I know, it is 3.5 hours for delivery, travelling time to and from delivery as well as pouching of time comes out of the rest of your hours. So if it takes you 15 mins out, 15 mins back, 10 mins to pouch of and your 30 min meal break, that leaves you 20 minutes to do everything else before you go out on delivery. Good luck Superman! You should be claiming about 1 hour a day O/T at this rate. Remember it is not your problem if there is not enough time in your duty to complete it, that's why management get paid the big bucks. If they think it is possible, get your rep to get the duty tested.
