Monday mail

A friend of mine was asking if some streets don't get mail on certain days, i said no if mail is sent you will get it, she then told me she has never had any mail on a monday for the last year or so, so is the postie avoiding her on mondays or is it just coincedence that no one sends her mail over the weekend, shes going to post her self a letter on sat to see if it arrives on monday.

The pattern of mail has changed--especially since S.D.D
It was always the case that Monays and Thursdays were the heaviest days of the week-wednesdays and Fridays, not
too bad nand Saturday and Tuesday were great days--then along came all the changes-sometimes now tuesday and Saturday, can be nearly as heavy as the rest of the week!!!

tuesdays in my office is really quiet, can be finished a good couple of hrs early on a tuesday.

We nearly always end up doing flexible working on Monday and Tuesday, I'm amazed that everyone else doesn't.

too tight to pay overtime heavy days, i'd imagine they make at least 1 grand out of it per person.

I find mondays is mostly mailsort and depending on peoples spending habits, online etc, some dont get much mailsort but others get tonnes.
