Rommagic Where's that?
The word 'on the street'
is that Dunfy will be going in under exec action in a weeks time.

Does that mean there will be a strike ballot in the whole of London if they do press ahead with this or have you not gone down the disagreements route yet.Rommagic wrote:south london office.

That is not our Branch or Division policy,if any office in London has Exec action forced upon them then the CWU will ballot the rest of London for support which could lead to industrial action.Rommagic wrote:Union just say let the managers get on with it,I will find out more near the 23rd march.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Does that mean there will be a strike ballot in the whole of London if they do press ahead with this or have you not gone down the disagreements route yet.Rommagic wrote:south london office.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Savings start 23rd March!.
Lost 7 walks in one of our area's, the changes started yesterday. A lot of talk about cutting off now. They are now starting on the other areas in the office, should find out some time this week how many more we lose.
Update: Found out when we got back off delivery today, yet another one of the area's in my office has been maxed out by the computer, don't know how many walks its knocked out but each duty has had between 40 & 80 more drops put on, so I reckon at least another 10 duties gone.......oh well more cut offs

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet

Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Not long now for march 23rd,our office will collapse six walks and share out work. The ones that rush around are coming back later at the moment .I wonder how long these changes will last?,I think people will speed up again and do the extra work.
