1 van 2 people 2 rounds

Post by uprising95 »

seems to be working in our area
take all parcels special delivery the job lot.

involves alot of walking though.
great maps and route were to park etc........

i mean some rounds are way to big
as in 2 massive rounds put together which require bikes but they dont get any as thats what there trying to get rid of so more walking is needed.

is anyone else facing this around the globe :Very Happy

We are due to start soon. With or without CWU support it seems.

As for bikes we have been told some deliveries can take them with the van
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

We had these proposals about three weeks ago. We had a union meeting last week and threw the lot out. No national agreement on this!!!!!!

We tried something like this ages ago. I worked with this guy who was great mon-fri but he was a p**s head and mostly wasted on sats so i used to end up doing 3 quarters whilst he snoozed in the van :left: . We knocked on the head after a few months. :nana
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

now for some reason we are having another vote :d'oh! with all the flappers panicking
the same ones coming in early.
i mean one was tied down today as i was only doing my packets,we left at the same time

Our Sub delivery manager has been on about this type of delivery since last christmas. He plans to bring it in at all of 11 spdos he supposingly manages. He tries to gives us the impression that it wont be optional and has said you will have to get another job if you dont like the idea (w***ker). The other day he came to our office and asked us for ideas in ways to save him 20 hours off his budget (f**king w**ker). In the end we told him we don't need/ want vans but give us electric trolleys and we will take all the parcels and specials. HE left confused.

This is one of the problems why Royal mail is in so much sh*t. Why should you need a National Agreement on this, it seems a good idea and yet the CWU want to poke their nose in everything. This is not about H&S. Let management get on with it. Not to mention the CWU not letting in new machinary at certain sites.

Yes of course there is a place for the CWU, but not in everyday meddling.
