There been a lot of talk of the reason for later start times from 5am was unsocial hours.
Now we have in our office where a duty starts at FOUR different time during the week!
We been splinted into breakable units.

Which leads to individual contracts--what the Dept. of Trade and industry have been working towards fo r ten years. Dare I ask what your rep is saying to all this??? Are they making ANY effort to retain your original contract?
