"We have your item"

Post by mh80 »

Anyone know what this means? This is what comes up on track & trace, it's not the same as the item being delivered is it?

We have your item:
Item DV774595969GB has been accepted at 76 Richmond Road KT2 5EL on 07/02/09

Is it possible that the item has just not been scanned at the DO?

Cheers

Sounds like it has been delivered to me - the We have your item part on track and trace looks like a confirmation that the tracking number is in the system and the note below shows its delivered.

thats what I thought at first but when it's delivered you get to see the signature especially as it was weeks ago, and also that address is the post office where it was posted! (forgot to mention that)

It was for a mate anyway, the recipient says they haven't got the parcel yet.

its the new system which originally was done for only SD items where these items are logged in at post office counters
