driver risk assessment

I've not seen anything on this site about a drivers risk test,we've been told its a 4 hour test, not to improve our driving,just told that if we don't pass, we'll be chucked off the driving !!! is this true,or is our manager being his usual smart-arsed self -AND we're gettin bugger all O.T. for doing the test (so far)----any help ??????

I've been told it's just a risk assessment, you dont fail you keep on it til you get the answers right, you can do it over a couple of days
