I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I'm surprised that tracked has not yet been offered as an option for use by smaller companies and indivduals. It sits well as a product between recorded and special delivery, especially with all the online auctions.

I agree, good point, and people prefer the "leave in safe place" option compared to having to go through call centre hell to get a P739 re delivered.

PHG's have plenty of time. At my office he spends loads of time reading paper, smoking and drinking coffee. He'll ring round the mobiles to get confirmation by 1 oclock and then he goes home.

But he wpnt answer the phone which is strange because whenever he's off the guy who covers him manages to.
