What time do you get up on Sunday?
I try to lay in, the latest I manage is about 7am. It's the same on Wallington weeks, I still wake up at 4am, force myself to stay in bed and doze, but I'm up about 7.

I'm only just awake
If it wasn't for having to get up for work I'd never get out of my bed before midday.

If I stayed in bed till my kids got up I'd be in bed all day! teenagersBig Daz wrote:When the children wake up.

Depends on what shift my Wife is on (she works in a shop). If it's earlies, I'm up at 5:15. Otherwise, I get up around dinner time.

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

As late as possible. We don't have kids but we have 3 cats and a dog that are like kids so can't lie in too late because they won't allow it.
OH is a postie too but he works more mornings than I do.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
