anothe item was mailsort that i dont even put in my frame on a sat
,ps all letters were for a small culde sac, i could even show them a toffee crisp wrapper i placed in a bin and im sure it will still be there as the customer never uses it.....point of post is....is it not up to r/mail to prove me guilty and show me the reasons how they think that.....once again the dom is flexing his muscles as i stand up for my own and other peopls rights

Hi, this seems to be what they do, those of us who stand our ground they see you as a lose cannon
, but why should we not stand up for ourselves?
I have known of things like this to happen, happened to a guy in my office but union stepped in
And yea, they need firm evidence i would reckon

as ive said i know i never left the letters so why should i give them a chance to try to put words in my mouth, imo its dead easy for a crooked individule to hold mail back then pop them in your frame after every postie is on delivery,i asked them to show me the security cameras tape, but i don't think il get to see that, and fully expect to be told the tape has been played over now

Re: getting set up by management or work colleague
Too late in this case I know, but I always make sure a manager if available, or a colleague if not, do a frame check for me. Its worth it because sometimes I have left something and not spotted it, I do the same for those that ask me as well. Belts and braces approach always.geefaetheeast wrote:as ive said i know i never left the letters so why should i give them a chance to try to put words in my mouth, imo its dead easy for a crooked individule to hold mail back then pop them in your frame after every postie is on delivery,i asked them to show me the security cameras tape, but i don't think il get to see that, and fully expect to be told the tape has been played over now

Re: getting set up by management or work colleague
its a carve up mate- you stand up for yourself, and others, and the bullying dom dont like it.
Demand to see the tapes, get the IB in- demand someone shows you saturdays tapes as soon as you get in tomorrow morning , tell the dom all avenues have to be investigated for clarity, before any "fact finding" interview takes place.
Hes at it, or someones set you up.
Assholes.

Demand to see the cameras within the office watch them sqiurm, if they try & sack you, CCTV can be used as evidence in an Employment Tribunal , it was the main evidence in my case, I put money on you seeing a manager placing mail in your frame, they will stoop to anything,What SAD LITTLE WORMS they are.geefaetheeast wrote:got a fact finding interview 2moro,re 4 letters being left in my frame on sat morning,i know for a fact i never,i actually delivered a letter to an address that they say 1 of the letters was foranothe item was mailsort that i dont even put in my frame on a sat

What you should do as I do, is get a manager to check your frame before you go out, then they can't stitch you up this treatment now with posties is quite shocking.
