can anyone tell me are rm geting rid of fix term workers or how long do you have to be with them for you to be safe in you job :cuppa :pray

Well you have to complete your trial to get a full term contract but even then your not "safe" from being dismissed, or sacked.

You can be sacked for a myriad of things, for instance Delay of Mail, Theft, leaving mail unsecure, non disclosure of unspent convictions, bullying, harassment, the list is endless. However, unless you break the law or your contract this is the current notice time they can give you:

There is also the option of redundancy which up till now has been on a voluntary basis.

have been there a year was sat only then got a duty and rang sheff and they said i was substanif but book room saying fix temp had a word with rep what do you think am new to this kind of thing
