Names on PDA's

If the PDA has your name on it, then is'nt it your personel property (no-one else can use it).

on a serious note.anyone can use any PDA
all they do is input their log in name and pin number

Can someone explain this:

If you have an item in one hand, the PDA in the other hand (it's also bad weather), how will you write out a 739 card
without dropping either???????

I just set the PDA on the ground or you could go back to the van then put the packet securely in the back of the van - sign the PDA as not delivered - then put the PDA in the back of the van (where it's out of sight) - lock the van - then go back to the house - write out the P739 - the you post it through the door .

My strap is broken how do i go on then. I just throw it on the floor and let it get wet.
