Day off today asked to work it by my manager. The plan was to do a york of packets and 10 bags for 2 postman.
When i got there he changed it to two yorks and was still gona give me 6 hours. I kicked up for the simple reason
A senior man last week worked his day off done 1 york of packets 10 bags and got 8 hours? It only took him 4 okay so he scored 4 for nothing
Then my manager said if your getting paid 6 hours you'll work 6 hours??????? Bad memory or TRYING to take advantage of younger guy?
What do you think?
