,Can any of the more knowledgeable amongst you tell me, what are the regulations surrounding the delivery of party political leaflets?
I've always been under the impression that Royal Mail would not deliver party leaflets outwith election time as they would not wish to be seen favouring one party over another.
I've tried Googling this but dont seem to come up with anything relevant.
been on the R.M website for D2D,but cant find anything,and yes I know that M.P's are allowed to send out 'M.P's' reports,paid by the public purse,but what is the situation regarding 'Party political leaflets'
