prep rates

can anyone confirm prep rate
throwing mail into your own frame we have been told 25 items per minute
fine but they expect this rate of prep to completion of prep
ie if in dispute over cut off ot etc they multiply 25 @ min over time you spent on your frame to come to a total
if under figures they blame our prep rate .
they also expect these prep rates while boxing in p/time roads ive personally been told im going to be
expected to box to completion 3 full walks in 3hrs thats tied up everything
i dont think thats exceptable or achievable. maybe 600 calls on each duty
always mgmt argue if weve been on frame for say 30 mins we should have boxed in 750 items ?
could someone please cofirm this as reading courier last week by their standards it worked out 8 items
per min
