Right - Phase 3 - Absorbing hours where time exists! Some. My question is regarding the new 25 hour duty staff. The ones in our office start at 9am work till 2pm. Management are wanting them to participate in absorbing and are considering having them start at 8am on Mon & Tues to accomodate this. If the 25 hr staff have signed contract to start at 9am can management request them to start at 8am?

Sounds like a result to me .Start at 8 Mon/ Tues finish early -make time. End duty 1hr early Thurs/Fri ,go over - book it -quids in.Same hours more money
