Manager told be today that he knows guys that have got £6K.
He wasn't happy that i questioned him and as he shuffled off he said "You didn't hear it from me"!

Its obscene that these managers get bonus payments of these ammounts for doing bugger all, they dont have any extra workload, all they have to do is reduce the workforce, make savings off our backs and make us work harder, OH, and be a complete b***ard to us, and for that they get a massive bonus, i thought :lfo said he liked to reward staff because it makes them more motivated, instead of staff he should have put managers. :cfo :lfo :mfo
